Growing your Customer Base

Here are some photos from the second workshop in the first-ever B-Strong program, “Growing your customer base”, held on September 25, 2023 at the Lao Plaza Hotel.

The workshop was attended by 25 MSME entrepreneurs were selected by DOSMEP and Katalyst, from different sectors, such as agriculture, handicrafts, tourism, and education.  After the workshop, participants expressed that it was very useful for them, as it helped them to see the strengths and weaknesses of their businesses and gave them ideas on how to develop and improve their performance in a challenging economy era. They also appreciated the opportunity to network and learn from other entrepreneurs who faced similar challenges and opportunities.
