THE B-STRONG PROGRAM
The B-Strong program runs for 6 weeks with one half-day workshop every week. The program length is designed to give you the opportunity to apply the tools and strategies you learn to your business and begin to see transformation and growth. At the end of the 6-week program, there is a graduation event to close the program and celebrate your success.
MODULE 1
GROWING YOUR BUSINESS
In the first workshop, you’ll have the chance to review your business model in the light of the current economic environment and identify gaps and opportunities for growth. You’ll also create a 10/10/10 plan that will help you grow your business by 33% or more in the year ahead.
MODULE 2
GROWING YOUR CUSTOMER BASE
Your customers are the lifeblood of your business – but what sets you apart and how can you communicate that to them in a way that focuses on their needs? In Module 2, you’ll identify who your ideal customers are and where you can find more of them, and craft an irresistible offer that has your customers rushing to buy from you again and again!
MODULE 3
E-COMMERCE OPPORTUNITIES
E-commerce and digital marketing have exploded in Lao PDR in recent years, and the sale of products and services online continues to grow exponentially. E-commerce is now a powerful force that can drive the growth of your business, but are you making the most of the opportunities it provides?
In this module, you’ll gain insights and strategies to drive your online marketing and sales and understand how to engage with customers and potential customers through social media in a way that drives sales. You’ll also build a social media marketing plan that will connect and engage with your customers. opportunities it provides?
MODULE 4
OPPORTUNITIES FOR INNOVATION
In the world we’re in now, businesses need to consistently innovate or risk falling behind the competition. And innovation opportunities exist for every MSME if you know where to look. In this module, you’ll:
- Identify the key drivers for your business and the main areas where small improvements can make a positive impact on your results.
- Come up with specific strategies to improve your profit margins.
- Identify opportunities for customer-focused innovation that will keep your business well ahead of your competitors.
MODULE 5
FINANCIAL AND CASHFLOW MANAGEMENT
As a business owner, you need to master the basics of financial and cashflow management, including understanding your key numbers and what those numbers are telling you – or you run the risk of going out of business.
In this module, you’ll learn about the key financial statements and the critical information they provide you with. You’ll also understand how cashflow is the oxygen for your business and gain actionable strategies and tools for better monitoring your cashflow. And you’ll learn some tips and strategies for managing costs more effectively and increasing the financial health of your business.
MODULE 6
THE PEOPLE CHALLENGE
MSMEs face unique challenges as they grow, and the business owner transitions from operating the business to running the business. To help you succeed beyong B-strong, this module looks at the common people mistakes that business owners face and gives you tools and gives you strategies for building a great business culture focused on delivering an optimal experience to customers.
And because, as the leader of the business, it’s important to stay strong through the ups and downs that occur with running a business, this final module also shows you how to maintain your resilience in the face of the challenges that you encounter day to day. You’ll also create an action plan that will continue to drive the next stage of your business growth.
